Foreman Time Sheets lets you add as many employees, job numbers, cost codes and email addresses for time keeping as needed. Each of these may be added or deleted using the buttons on the Setup screen.
To make changes to any of these, you will need to delete the entry and then add a new entry.
On each setup screen, there are two buttons: 'Add & Add New' and 'Add & Return to Time Sheet'. The 'Add & Add New' button will add the entry to the application as a valid option for time entry and refresh to the new entry window. This option can be repeated for as many employees, job numbers, cost codes or email addresses as needed. The 'Add & Return to Time Entry' will add the entry to the application as a valid option for time entry and open the Setup screen.
